讀人館入住須知｜Readers' House Accommodations regulation

 
 

歡迎您來到讀人館 ，為維護住宿的品質以及安全，住宿規則，請共同遵守。

 

•• 讀人館是專為本館會員及來台進行文化交流之人士所設置的私人招待會所，並非一般旅館， 無設置24小時接待櫃檯，敬請見諒。

 

•• 前往入住前請務必提前透過E-mail或LINE OA與接待人員確認您抵達會所的時間，以便安排接待入住事宜。 

 

  • 入住時間：11:00～18:00         

  • 退房時間：11:00之前

 

•• 入住的旅客，請由 elementi 根元咖啡進入，我們會為您準備迎賓飲品，同時辦理入住手續。

 

•• 入住的旅客，請由 elementi 根元咖啡出入，記得隨身攜帶房門卡，確保順利進出通行。 

 

•• 由於老屋管線問題，熱水供應需要一些時間，若有泡澡需求，請間隔10-15分鐘，以利熱水運作。 

 

•• 室內請脫鞋，換穿室內拖鞋，室內拖鞋請勿穿出至戶外。

 

•• 房間書籍歡迎閱覽，閱覽後請歸回原處。

 

•• 為響應環保，讀人館不主動提供盥洗用具，敬請自備，無提供每日客房清潔，不主動更換床單及毛巾等備品；若有需求，請提前與我們的夥伴聯絡，將儘量為您安排。

 

  • 長住超過六個晚上的旅客， 我們每週會提供一至二次客房清潔

  • 請將需丟棄的垃圾以垃圾袋包裝好、放置在房間門口，我們將在客房清潔時為您丟棄。 

 

•• 離開客房時,請您隨手將電源及空調關閉，以節約能源。

 

•• 依據台灣《菸害防制法》規定，公共場所全面禁止吸菸 — 讀人館全區嚴禁吸菸。

 

•• 請勿任意移動室內家具擺設。 

 

•• 讀人館位於住商混合的社區，晚間22:00後， 請您務必降低音量。 

 

•• 讀人館恕不接受寵物入住，導盲犬請提前告知。 

 

•• 讀人館嚴禁攜帶危險物品、吸毒、酗酒、嗑藥及任何違法行為。若經察覺將立即報警處理。 

 

•• 離開房間時，請隨手將房門鎖上，貴重的物品請自行小心保管退房時，請務必於 elementi 櫃檯繳回房門卡給服務人員。

Welcome to "Readers House".

 

To maintain the quality and safety of your stay, please abide by the following accommodation rules:

 

• "Readers House" is a private hospitality club designed for members of the establishment and individuals engaging in cultural exchanges in Taiwan. It is not a typical hotel and does not have a 24-hour front desk. Your understanding is appreciated.

 

• Prior to your arrival, please confirm your arrival time with our staff at email or LINE OA for check-in arrangements.

  • Check-in time: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM

 

• Guests should enter through Elementi Café for check-in. We will provide a welcome drink and assist you with the check-in process. Please remember to carry your room key card for entry and exit.

 

• Due to the old building's pipeline issues, hot water supply may take some time. If you require a bath, please wait for 10-15 minutes to allow the hot water to operate.

 

• Please remove your shoes indoors and wear the provided indoor slippers. Do not wear indoor slippers outdoors.

 

• You are welcome to read the books in your room. Please return them to their original place after reading.

 

• In support of environmental conservation, we do not provide toiletries. Please bring your own. Daily room cleaning is not provided, and we do not proactively change bed sheets and towels. If needed, please contact our staff in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

  • For guests staying over six nights, we provide room cleaning one to two times per week.

  • Please package any garbage for disposal in garbage bags and place them outside your room door. We will dispose of them during room cleaning.

 

• Please remember to turn off the power and air conditioning when leaving the room to conserve energy.

 

• In accordance with Taiwan's Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of "Readers House".

 

• Please do not move indoor furniture arbitrarily.

 

• "Readers' House" is located in a mixed residential and commercial community. Please lower your noise level after 10:00 PM.

 

• Pets are not allowed at "Readers House". Please inform us in advance if you are accompanied by a guide dog.

 

• "Readers House" strictly prohibits bringing dangerous items, drug use, alcohol abuse, substance abuse, and any illegal activities. Any violations will be reported to the authorities immediately.

 

• When leaving your room, please remember to lock the door. Please return your room key card to the staff at Elementi staff upon check-out.

ようこそ、読人館へ。

 

宿泊品質と安全を維持するため、以下の宿泊規則を共有いたします。

 

•• 読人館は、本館会員および台湾で文化交流を行う方々のための私設の宿泊施設です。通常のホテルではなく、24時間フロントデスクはございませんので、ご理解ください。

 

•• チェックインの前に、EメールまたはLINE OAで到着時刻を接待スタッフに事前に確認してください。

  • チェックイン時間：11:00〜18:00 

  • チェックアウト時間：11:00以前

 

•• チェックインされるお客様は、elementiカフェから入室し、歓迎ドリンクをご用意し、チェックイン手続きを行います。入退室時は、必ずお部屋のカードを携帯し、スムーズに出入りできるようにしてください。

 

•• 古い建物の配管の問題により、お湯の供給に時間がかかる場合があります。お風呂をご利用の際は、お湯の供給に10〜15分の間隔をあけてください。

 

•• 室内では靴を脱ぎ、室内用スリッパをご着用ください。また、室内スリッパは外へ持ち出さないでください。

 

•• 室内にある書籍は自由にお読みいただけますが、使用後は元の場所に戻してください。

 

•• 環境保護のため、洗面用具は提供いたしませんので、ご持参ください。また、毎日の客室清掃は行っておりません。必要な場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。

 

  • 6泊以上の長期滞在のお客様には、週に1〜2回の客室清掃を行います。

  • 不要なごみは、ごみ袋に入れてお部屋のドア口に置いてください。

•• お部屋を退出する際は、電源やエアコンをオフにし、節電にご協力ください。

 

•• 台湾のたばこ規制法に基づき、読人館内全域での喫煙は禁止されています。

 

•• 室内の家具配置を変更しないでください。

 

•• 読人館は住宅地域に位置しています。22:00以降は、お静かにお願いします。

 

•• ペットの同伴はお断りしておりますが、盲導犬の同伴は事前にお知らせください。

 

•• 危険物品、薬物乱用、アルコール、薬物の持ち込み、および違法行為は厳しく禁止されています。発覚した場合は直ちに警察に通報いたします。

 

•• お部屋を退出する際は、必ず施錠し、貴重品は慎重に管理してください。チェックアウト時には、お部屋のカードをelementiのカウンターに返却してください。
